About Our Company

Shopness, established in May 2013, aims to be a one-stop shop for retail in the USA with a focus on best practices online and offline, and has improved its average delivery times from about a week at inception to 4-14 days currently.

Shopness started with just 3 employees and has grown to a staff strength of 1,000 young and entrepreneurial people in the USA, including a dedicated 150-person customer service team available seven days a week. They offer country-wide delivery across the USA. Additionally, Shopness established the first e-commerce academy in the USA, called the Shopness Academy, which focuses on building young entrepreneurs pioneering various aspects of business in Kenya. This indicates a strong commitment not only to e-commerce operations but also to entrepreneurship education and international business development.
